In 1999, traveller and art collector Hugo Jankowitz stood at the foot of Cape Town’s Twelve Apostles mountain range, overlooking the endless blue of the Atlantic. Between the hush of the sea and the whispering fynbos, he saw not just a view \u2014 but a vision.<\/p>\n

He dreamed of a home that reflected his journeys: timeless, elegant, and filled with soul. That dream became 21 Nettleton, an intimate sanctuary perched high above the city’s most coveted coastline. “I wanted a space that felt like the world \u2014 and yet like home,” says founder Hugo Jankowitz.<\/p>\n

Inside, Hugo’s global adventures come to life: hand-carved sculptures from India, silk tapestries from China, and oil paintings from Europe.
