Expect twice-baked cheese souffl\u00e9 with a rich coastal Cheddar sauce, trout gravadlax, and beetroot terrine with horseradish sorbet to start. Mains like pork tomahawk with roasted Braeburn apple, dressed Devon crab, beef & ale pie, pan-fried sea bream and a range of steaks from Aubrey Allen, through to puddings such as chocolate and amarena cherry torte and sticky toffee pudding.<\/p>\n
