In celebration of ‘Martini Month’, Belvedere Vodka and Maison Assouline present Martini Icons \u2014 a photography exhibition that investigates the enduring iconicity of the world’s most celebrated cocktail, through the creative lens of master mixologist Agostino Perrone.<\/p>\n
Over the past two centuries, the martini cocktail has transcended the glass to become an emblem, a cinematic icon, a marker of style, and a ritual of refinement. Its allure remains timeless. Seen through the creative eye of Agostino Perrone, Director of Mixology at The Connaught in London, the exhibition pays tribute to the martini’s legacy, its effortless glamour, and its place as a cultural symbol across a variety of occasions.<\/p>\n
Perrone’s photography, much like his cocktails, is a harmonious blend of creativity and emotion, woven together through the art of capturing fleeting moments. Through ten intimate visuals, he invites viewers to see the martini not just as a cocktail, but as a symbol of identity, elegance, and cultural significance.<\/p>\n
“The martini is more than just a cocktail: it’s a code,” says Perrone. “A code of glamour, precision, identity and shared occasions. This exhibition explores the elements, people, places and gestures that converge to create a martini universe.”<\/p>\n
To celebrate Perrone’s extraordinary talent, Belvedere Vodka commissioned three unique photographs, set to be unveiled for the first time at the exhibition. These images will highlight Belvedere 10, the luxury icon from the iconic Polish vodka brand, embodying the essence of both the exhibition and Perrone’s discerning eye.<\/p>\n
With its unique fusion of culture and luxury, Maison Assouline \u2014 luxury publisher Assouline’s first international flagship store \u2014 hosts the exhibit in a setting that perfectly complements the martini’s rich history and timeless elegance. To mark the Martini Icons exhibition, the in-house Swans Bar will exclusively serve Belvedere 10’s signature martini cocktail for the duration of the showcase.<\/p>\n
