Each of the six unique \u2018Saw This Made This\u2019 art bite designs has taken creative inspiration from the bar\u2019s local area \u2013 including the iconic flower stalls on East London\u2019s Columbia Road and the striking beauty of the National Monument of Edinburgh. Head bartenders from each venue have crafted a bespoke cocktail, a work of art in its own right, to perfectly complement the art bite.
