I come from a family entirely dedicated to real estate. From promoting homes and construction to sales through our real estate agency, and thanks to our experience, we also handle the complete marketing of other developers’ projects.<\/p>\n
It is clear that the real estate sector in Spain is currently booming\u2014without being overheated\u2014and has a great growth forecast. To a large extent, the luxury market is leading the way, with clients arriving from all corners of the world, from Europe to New York, Miami, and beyond.<\/p>\n
Luxury clients arrive through diverse channels. Since our target ranges from \u20ac300,000 to properties at \u20ac54,000,000, we must reach both ends of the spectrum. Everyone has their preferred contact method: some via real estate portals, others through specific collaborations or our in-house marketing department.<\/p>\n
Each office selects its preferred clients. In our case, we have a 50-50 split between Spanish and foreign buyers. We have a multilingual team and, as a reference on the Costa del Sol, clients seek us out\u2014even if we lack a salesperson from their country. Customers value the security of a clear, risk-free purchasing process. We have operated for 23 years without a single problem in any purchase or sale.<\/p>\n
We are in a privileged position on the Costa del Sol, covering a vast area from M\u00e1laga to Estepona (except C\u00e1diz, save for Sotogrande and San Roque)\u2014a highly luxurious region famed for its golf courses.<\/p>\n
We are knowledgeable about all regulations, from changes affecting the purchasing process\u2014thanks to our in-house legal department\u2014to emerging trends.<\/p>\n
Our promotion department’s technical team ensures we stay abreast of any administrative or legal updates. Staying updated is an essential task that we execute meticulously.<\/p>\n
Effective communication is crucial in sales. Some operations are more complex than others. The key is determining what can be executed and what cannot\u2014and being transparent. If viable, we proceed regardless of cost; if not, we communicate clearly and avoid any operation that could cause issues, protecting both client and ourselves.<\/p>\n
Our team brings years of experience and is well-known on the Costa del Sol. This fosters excellent relationships among ourselves and with all external parties involved in the process.<\/p>\n
Our acquisition manager keeps listings perpetually updated\u2014a vital factor for building initial client confidence. Above all, we prioritise constant contact throughout the purchasing process, focusing on the client’s needs. We only present options that match their requirements, optimising their time with no waste.<\/p>\n
We collaborate closely with all major real estate portals. For management efficiency, we use Enmovillas Reals, the leaders on the Costa del Sol.<\/p>\n
We have always maintained our own legal team, responsible for verifying all operations\u2014from contract closings to regulations for villa construction and new developments\u2014ensuring full compliance.<\/p>\n
