For a set price of \u00a350, guests will enjoy an exclusive all-day set menu with an abundant selection of signature sushi and indulgent wagyu steak.<\/p>\n<h3>Indulgent Wagyu Steak<\/h3>\n<p>Sourced locally from Yorkshire, UK, the specially selected olive-fed wagyu alcatra is served with red anticucho butter, green bean tempura and Chotto Matte\u2019s famous smoked purple potato mash for a bold Nikkei twist.<\/p>\n<h3>Signature Sushi Selection<\/h3>\n<p>Featured sushi favourites include signature dishes such as salmon nigiri shiso and marinated ikura; seabass nigiri with mustard miso picante salsa; chu toro nigiri with kizami wasabi salsa; yellowtail nigiri with jalape\u00f1o truffle dressing; spicy tuna crispy rice; yellowtail crispy rice; prawn cut roll and spicy tuna roll.<\/p>\n<h2>Celebrating Land and Sea Craftsmanship<\/h2>\n<p>Designed by Executive Head Chef Jordan Sclare, the new concept celebrates craftsmanship and the contrast of land and sea. Guests are invited to explore new colourful flavours, reflective of Chotto Matte\u2019s innovative cooking style of combining Peruvian ingredients with traditional Japanese techniques.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWith sushi crowned our best-selling item, and our Wagyu beef dishes second, it made sense to create a menu that merges the best of both, inspired by our guests.
