Founded by a female duo, Haylene Ryan Causer and Vidushi Binani, this holistic wellbeing space has feminine strength, power, and energy at its heart.<\/p>\n<p>Luxuria Lifestyle\u2019s Lifestyle Editor received an invite to see what all the fuss was about, and we can confirm it was fantastic!<\/p>\n<h2>The Signature U360 Class<\/h2>\n<p>Following a bespoke principle of \u2018move, work, restore\u2019, their signature U360 class, curated by fitness professional Haylene Ryan Causer, encourages each person to achieve their full potential.<\/p>\n<p>We experienced the ultimate 360 training session, which included a strong dose of strength, skill, cardio, and restorative cool-down with primal movements to calmly renew the mind.<\/p>\n<h2>Post-Workout Bliss at Caf\u00e9 Volont\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>After a training session, is there anything better than heading straight upstairs to their caf\u00e9, which offers a nourishing menu and a spot to sit with your coffee, people-watch, or even do some work? I enjoyed a delicious Snickers smoothie consisting of banana, peanut butter, nootropics adaptogenic coffee, cocoa powder, oat milk, agave, and chocolate whey protein. I then welcomed the whipped egg omelette, which looked like it could feed a small family but was as light as air!<\/p>\n<p>With a collective spotlight on nutrition and wellbeing, the studio and caf\u00e9 are intrinsically linked, uniting as one with a feel-good menu that supports an effective, full-body workout.<\/p>\n<h2>A Vision of Inclusive Wellbeing<\/h2>\n<p>Volont\u00e9, translating to the French feminine noun for \u2018willpower\u2019, is the realisation of Haylene and her business partner Vidushi Binani, whom she has personally trained since the age of 12. It is this personal relationship, combined with their contrasting expertise and ethnicities, that inspired the female duo to create a forward-thinking, inclusive wellbeing space.<\/p>\n<p>Built upon feminine strength and a core belief that optimum wellbeing is achieved through a life of abundance rather than restriction, a passion surrounding the benefits of balance will help their community to make smart choices easy. Haylene and Vidushi achieve this by drawing on their expert knowledge of fitness and food with an energetic ethos that nurtures health with thoughtful fitness, supported by nourishing dishes.<\/p>\n<h3>What Visitors Say<\/h3>\n<p>Haylene comments: \u2018I feel that the signature class U360 is the most complete workout on the market right now. A former graduate from Le Cordon Bleu, Vidushi leads the caf\u00e9 with her deep knowledge, love, and understanding of nutrition and food groups.
